Assist Insurance Reaches 20-year Milestone

2025 marks the 20th anniversary of Assist Insurance, founded by Steve and Claire Leech who remain at the helm. From small beginnings, the company has grown steadily over the years and now provides specialist insurance to more than 30,000 policyholders.

Steve and Claire believed that there was an opportunity to provide specialist insurance for the park home and leisure home market that delivered excellent service and value for money to the customer, while still being a sustainable and profitable business. Through hard work, investing in efficiencies and putting the customer first, the company has gone from strength to strength.

Treating each customer as an individual

We treat every customer as an individual and appreciate that many of our customers are elderly or vulnerable and need a little extra help and support. We have always believed that the true value of insurance is realised when you need to make a claim, and we understand that this is often in distressing circumstances. Our dedicated claims team is available on the phone, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In addition, we have dedicated claims co-ordinators based in our Northampton office to provide extra support. Having the opportunity to speak to someone about your claim can really make a difference to how you feel.

Delicate but durable
