On the 3rd July, we were recognised once again by the insurance industry when we were announced as winners of The Customer Experience Award at the 2024 British Insurance Awards. We had very similar success at the same event in 2022 when we were announced as winners of two prestigious awards in one night, the 2022 Personal Lines Broker of the Year Award and the 2022 Customer Care Award. These awards stand pride of place next to our 2025 Feefo Platinum Trusted Customer Service Award in recognition of the excellent customer service that we provide to our park home insurance policyholders, the 2020 UK Broker of the Year Award and our 2017 Insurance Times Claims Excellence Award which we received for our handling of claims. Each of these awards are a true reflection of our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Sales Team Leader/Manager

Location: Northampton & Wellingborough

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Bonus: Unlimited but should be c25% of your base salary as an OTE
