How to Renew Your Park Home Insurance

 It is useful to know how to renew your park home insurance before the term of your cover ends. It is, of course, important to make sure that you do not find yourself uninsured due to an oversight or difficulty understanding the process. We have done everything we can to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible. This is outlined below.

  1. A reminder is sent to you

To help ensure that you know when to act, 21 days before your cover ends, you will receive a letter or an email, letting you know that your park home insurance cover is due for renewal. You can then review your insurance papers at any time before the end date to decide if you want to add or change anything in your cover.

  1. Renew by phone

If you call our priority park home insurance renewals hotline on 01604 946 722, we will be happy to take you through your options if you want anything changed. Alternatively, you can simply renew your existing policy, if you are happy with the cover it provides.

  1. Renew online

If you would prefer to renew online, it takes just a few minutes to fill out the park home insurance renewal form here.

  1. Make payment

Payment by Online Banking – We are happy to receive your renewal premium via BACS transfer. Please use your policy/client reference number as the unique reference to help us identify your policy.

Payment By Credit or Debit Card – We do not charge for Credit or Debit Card Transactions. If you would like to pay for your insurance by Credit or Debit Card, please call us on 01604 946 722 and we will be happy to take payment over the phone. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Payment By Instalments – We provide flexible payment terms on all our insurance products, and there is only a small charge in doing so. Call us on 01604 946 722 and we will provide you details of the monthly payment options.

Receive your renewal documents

If you renew your cover using our online service, you will have your new park home insurance documents by email within minutes. If you have renewed by phone or post, you will receive your insurance documents within a couple of days.
