Platinum Seal provides purchasers of new Park Homes with total peace of mind in the quality and durability of the Park Homes purchased from selected Manufacturers. Platinum Seal provides insured protection for the rectification work in the unlikely event of a failure or defect in the structure of the park home, just what you would respect from any reputable house buider.

Furthermore, should the park home manufacturer not be around to help in the future, Platinum Seal will fulfil your manufacturer's obligations.This is very different to a manufacturer's guarantee, afterall the guarantee is only as good as the manufacturer who provides it, if the manufacturer goes out of business during the term of your guarantee then it is very unlikely you will have any guarantee to claim against.

Unlike any other scheme, Platinum Seal can provide insured protection for residential Park Homes, Log Cabins, and Holiday/Leisure Homes (non-fleet hire). All must be built to BS 3632 or EN1647 standards. Additional Terms and Condidtions may also apply.

Of course other manufacturers offer different forms of protectction to that of Platinum Seal, however what you must find out is:

• Manufacturer: The specification of the home you purchase can differ, such as a home built to BS3632 standards and homes built to EN1647 standards, are both types of homes built by your favoured manufacturer covered by the warranty or guarantee they offer.Platinum Seal protects both types of homes.
• Liquidation:.Should your manufacturer go out of business during the term of their Guarantee or Warranty is there an insurance company who would honour your claim in their place. Platinum Seal Manufacturers Warranty Protection provides this form of insured protection
• The Park: Most manufacturers offer some form of warranty or guarantee, however some warranties are only operational on certain parks, therefore even if you purchase a home from a manufacturer who provides a warranty, if the park you decide to live on isn't a registered park with that warranty scheme, then you only have your statutory rights in the event of a claim occuring which could be as short as cover for the first 12 months of ownership thereafter you may have no cover.Platinum Seal can provide insured protection for the duration of your warranty regardless to where your home is sited, whether on a residential park, leisure park, or even on your own land (subject to additional terms and conditions).
