Your leisure home may cost you less than you think!

The cheapest and most cost effective way in raising the proceeds for your Leisure Home is against your main home residence, rather than against the Leisure Home itself.

This can be done by either remortgaing your current home to raise the appropriate capital, or by arranging a secured loan against your main residence.

What's more, not only is a Leisure Home likely to cost you a lot less than you think, you may well be able to get your leisure home to work for you by renting it out when you are not using it (subject to park rules).

And, you can choose how to repay

There are a number of ways you can repay your mortgage - interest only or repayment (capital amount and interest together). Or, you can split it by opting to pay a percentage on an interest only basis and the remainder on a repayment basis.
