Although Park Home Assist Insurance Services have been providing Legal Protection Cover as an option with our Park Home Insurance Products, we have now managed to enhance the cover which means that cover for disputes with Park Operators/Owners is now also covered. |

Tingdene Homes are now able to offer ‘Platinum Seal PLUS’ 12 year structural warranty on all their Residential & Leisure Park Homes. Platinum Seal is the only fully insured Structural Warranty for Residential and Leisure Park Homes, similar to the warranty you would receive when purchasing a traditional Bricks and Mortar Property. Although many manufacturers purport to providing a manufacturer’s warranty, reality is their warranty is only available on selected parks, and reality is less than half the park homes manufactured by non Platinum Seal approved manufacturers actually have a manufacturers warranty of more than 1 or 2 years.
